John attended College at Cal Poly Tech
San Luis Obispo and Richmond College

been building and renovating as long as he can remember, helping
his father build masonry planters at the early age of 5 and turning
garages into family rooms when he was only 10. He is a trained
Appraiser, a Licensed California Realtor, a Certified General
Contractor, and a professional singer. A client once said “John
can design, build, and decorate your dream home. Then entertain
at your house warming party. And then even sell the house for
you years later when your dreams expand.”
